Position Summary

The Sales Representative plays a key role in connecting with individuals seeking help with tax issues, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions through Five Star Tax Resolution’s programs. This position involves managing both inbound and outbound leads, guiding clients through the sales process, and helping them take the first step toward financial freedom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and digital communication.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand each client’s tax situation and financial goals.
  • Present and explain Five Star Tax Resolution’s services in a clear, professional, and empathetic manner.
  • Build trust and establish long-term client relationships.
  • Manage leads efficiently and maintain detailed records in the company CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the operations and case management teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Stay updated on IRS programs, tax relief options, and industry trends.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in financial services, tax resolution, or related fields.
  • Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to close sales and meet performance targets.
  • Professional demeanor and integrity when handling sensitive financial information.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent time management skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Knowledge of IRS resolution programs such as Offer in Compromise, Installment Agreements, or Garnishment Releases.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

  • base salary plus uncapped 5% commissions.
