Pay Range
$90,000.00 - $100,000.00 / year
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Systems & Integrations
- Integrate advertising platforms (Meta CAPI, Google Offline Conversions, TikTok Events API, DSPs) with CRM and internal systems Build event pipelines for conversions, revenue signals, and lead scoring Maintain UTMs, attribution rules, and tracking infrastructure Implement server-side tracking + conversion APIs Connect SEO/SEM/paid social tools with analytics + revenue data

- Architect closed-loop attribution and feedback into platforms Build spend → lead → revenue → profit → LTV dashboards Implement contribution-based ROI models across channels Maintain data cleanliness across CRM and analytics tools Collaborate on cohort analysis + performance insights Support media buying with statistical and business context
Sales & CRM Operations Support co-branded partnership tracking + attributionAI + Automation for Growth Automate reporting, dashboards, and weekly analysis workflows Convert call transcripts → summaries → CRM structured data Automate outbound nurture + follow-up sequences Use predictive/ML signals for lead quality + LTV forecastingTechnical ExecutionTechnical Familiarity with Salesforce Familiarity with Cloudflare tools Cloud/server infrastructure experience (GCP, AWS, or similar) Version control (Git) + deployment fundamentals Languages: and CSS/Tailwind CSS preferredMarketing & Growth Experience in high-ticket lead-gen environments (finance/legal/tax/etc.)

- Experience in full-stack development (, CSS/Tailwind CSS preferred but not required) Experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and auth Familiarity with ad platform APIs (Meta, Google, TikTok, DSPs)
- Experience in marketing agencies or hands on work with marketing based projects. Paid acquisition performance knowledge (SEM, Paid Social, DSP) Conversion tracking + pixels + server-side events Attribution models (last touch, multi-touch, MMM, incrementality) Online funnel architecture (LP → form → CRM → sales) Lead gen + appointment setting funnelsAI / Automation (2025–2026 expectations)
- LLM agent workflows (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) Prompt engineering + structured output design Workflow orchestration + chainingNICE-TO-HAVE
